30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind AriseRFP. If you're not satisfied with your paid subscription for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

The 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment only on a new subscription. Subsequent renewal payments are not eligible unless exceptional circumstances apply (see Section 4).

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@arise-technology.com with the subject line: Refund Request
  2. Include your registered email address and the reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve).
  3. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
  4. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Once processed by us, the timeline for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. To receive a refund within the 30-day window, you must explicitly request one by emailing us.

7. Annual Plan Refunds

If you subscribed to an annual plan and request a refund within 30 days, you will receive a full refund of the annual fee paid. If you request after 30 days and within 12 months, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion based on unused months remaining.
